Entertainment and communication are complementary elements important for a better and faster course of the stay in bed of the patient.
The integrated phone receiver and the phone number for each single station allows the patient to call and receive the calls of relatives easily and with privacy, the videocall service allows the patient to see relatives and friends and interact with them at home, if connected on internet and provided with a pc with webcam.
The streaming multimedia audio/video system allows patients, from their bed place to watch Tv channels ( analogical/digital, satellite and terrestrial free or pay Tv ) listen to broadcasts, to gain access to the online Jukebox to listen to preferred music, choosing and enjoying a good film with the video library service or surf on internet. Games service offers to the patient a careful selection of amazing games, everyone to play with only a touch on the screen.
BST uses a chipcard system which can perform the normal billing functions for the offered services to the patient and also authentication of sanitary staff, who must gain access to the private data of the patient by the terminals.
